By accessing and using LivroHelp, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
LivroHelp is a Christian-based pay-per-session emotional support platform that connects users with listeners for peer-to-peer emotional support through text-based conversations. Our service is grounded in Christian values of compassion, love, and service to others. Each session is meant to last up to 30 minutes, but extensions can be made depending on the circumstances. We are NOT a professional mental health service, crisis intervention service, or medical service.

LivroHelp operates on a pay-per-session basis. By purchasing and using our services, you agree to the following:
You will be charged for each individual session at the time of purchase or completion.
All session fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy or required by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.
We reserve the right to change our session pricing with advance notice.
Failure to complete payment for a session may result in suspension or termination of your access to the service.
Sessions are purchased individually and do not automatically renew or recur.
In keeping with our Christian values and commitment to maintaining a respectful, safe environment, you agree NOT to use the service to:
Share, request, or exchange any sexual content, including but not limited to explicit text, images, or media
Engage in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
Share personal identifying information (full names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
Promote self-harm, suicide, or violence
Distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
Impersonate others or create false identities
Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security
Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use LivroHelp. Users under 18 should have parental consent and we recommend parental guidance for all minors using the platform. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian agree to these terms and oversee their account and payment.
We prioritize user privacy and maintain anonymous conversations. However, we may monitor conversations for safety purposes and reserve the right to report illegal activities or imminent threats to appropriate authorities. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
All content, features, and functionality of LivroHelp, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of LivroHelp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
LivroHelp and its volunteers provide emotional support on a peer-to-peer basis. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from conversations on our platform. Users participate at their own risk and should seek professional help when needed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LivroHelp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
LivroHelp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any information obtained through the service.
Regarding session payments and refunds:
Refunds for completed sessions are not provided unless required by applicable law.
If a technical issue prevents you from completing a paid session, please contact support immediately.
We reserve the right to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the session in question.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or refund, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LivroHelp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LivroHelp operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of LivroHelp after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LivroHelp regarding the use of our service and supersede any prior agreements between you and LivroHelp relating to your use of the service.
